Office 365 - Configuring Microsoft Outlook for iPhone/iOS
A step-by-step guide on how to add and remove Microsoft 365 and other email accounts when using the Microsoft Outlook app for iPhone or iOS.
*Notes:
- Office 365 with Duo is only supported if you are using the Outlook App or the Apple Mail App for iPhone or iOS.
- An iPhone 7 running iOS 13.5.1 was used as an example below.

Adding Office 365 (@uwlax.edu) when using the Microsoft Outlook app for the first time:
1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple App Store.

2. Open up the Microsoft Outlook app by tapping the Outlook icon located on your phone.

3. Type in your full UWL email address (with @uwlax.edu) and then tap Add Account.

4. Enter in your current password and tap Sign In.

5. Verify your account with your Duo authentication device by sending your mobile phone a push or entering in your token's passcode.

6. Either add another email account or skip this part by selecting Maybe Later.

7. The email account has been successfully added if you can see your emails and/or your email account under the Inbox.
Adding an additional email account when using the Microsoft Outlook app:
1.Open up the Microsoft Outlook app by tapping the Outlook icon on your phone.

2. Tap your initials or profile picture up on the top left next to Inbox.
3. Tap Settings, which can be found towards the bottom left of the screen (it looks a gear).
4. Tap Add Mail Account and then select Add Email Account.
*Note: You can also start the "Add account" process by selecting the envelope icon with the plus sign (+) underneath your Office 365 email account.

5. Type in your full email address and tap Add Account.
6. Type in your password and then you may be prompted to select the kind of email account it is (Outlook, Google, Yahoo, etc.) to complete the sign in.
7. The email account has been successfully added if you can see your emails and/or your email account under the Inbox.
1.Open up the Microsoft Outlook app by tapping the Outlook icon on your phone.

2. Tap your initials or profile picture up on the top left next to Inbox.
3. Tap Settings, which can be found towards the bottom left of the screen (it looks a gear).
4. Tap on the email account you want to remove/delete.

5. Scroll down towards the bottom and select Delete Account.
6. Tap Delete.
7. The email account has been successfully removed/deleted if it no longer appears under Settings and/or under the Inbox.
