When writing a summary in an Appointment Summary Report (Navigate 360: Creating appointment summary reports) it is important to remember that all appointment summary reports are part of a student's official record and are subject to restrictions under FERPA and other privacy laws. All appointment summary reports written after February 14, 2022 are visible to students in the Navigate 360 Student App for 180 days after they are created.
