UW-La Crosse recognizes its responsibility to maintain a safe and orderly environment conducive to teaching, scholarship, and other university-sponsored activities. To achieve this balance, UW-La Crosse may implement reasonable restrictions on the time, place, and manner of expressive activities. These restrictions aim to ensure that while free expression is robustly protected, it does not disrupt UW-La Crosse's core functions or compromise safety and property integrity.
