Navigate360: Monitor an Event

How to monitor various aspects of an event in Navigate360.
  1. Log into Navigate360 ( Navigate360: Accessing the Navigate360 Platform )
  2. Locate the Campaigns and Events icon along the left menu bar.
    Select Campaigns and Events Icon
  3. Locate the Events Menu and Click Events

  4. Select the event you want to monitor from the list, or start typing the event title in the search bar, click the title to open the eventSelect events from the list
  5. There are several things that you can monitor about your event
    1. An overview of students invited, responded, and attended
      Student attendance overview
    2. The message metrics of any messaging sent about this event. This will include sent, opened, and click rates for email messages; and sent rates for SMS messages. Detailed data of which students have opened or clicked links in a message are visible by selecting "Export Details"
      Message Metrics
    3. More detailed tracking of students invited to the event
      • Students who have responded, and if they have responded Yes or No
        Student responses
      • Students who have not yet responded
        Students who have not responded
      • Students who attended the event
        Students attended
