Navigate360: Monitor an Event
How to monitor various aspects of an event in Navigate360.
- Log into Navigate360 ( Navigate360: Accessing the Navigate360 Platform )
- Locate the Campaigns and Events icon along the left menu bar.
- Locate the Events Menu and Click Events
- Select the event you want to monitor from the list, or start typing the event title in the search bar, click the title to open the event
- There are several things that you can monitor about your event
- An overview of students invited, responded, and attended
- The message metrics of any messaging sent about this event. This will include sent, opened, and click rates for email messages; and sent rates for SMS messages. Detailed data of which students have opened or clicked links in a message are visible by selecting "Export Details"
- More detailed tracking of students invited to the event
- Students who have responded, and if they have responded Yes or No
- Students who have not yet responded
- Students who attended the event
- Students who have responded, and if they have responded Yes or No
- An overview of students invited, responded, and attended
