Navigate360: Scheduling an appointment
At UWL, many offices and individual faculty have started utilizing Navigate360 for appointment scheduling. This can be done through both the web and mobile applications.
From within Appointments (Navigate360 Student: Appointments) students can click the "Schedule an Appointment Button"
Depending upon what services are available, students will see several menu options when scheduling appointments, this may look different for each student. As students make selections, other menus will be narrowed for them.
First, select the type of appointment
Select the service or type of appointment
Pick a starting date to look for appointments.
Click Find Available Time
Navigate360 will automatically use student class schedule to only display appointment options that work around that class schedule that meet the criteria selected above. Students can see if there are available appointments in the calendar view, if there is a blue dot underneath the date. Individual dates can be clicked to see the available appointment slots. If there are several staff members available, staff members can be selected as well as appointment types (virtual, in-person, phone). Then, specific time blocks can be selected.
Confirm all of the appointment information is correct, and students can leave a comment letting the staff member know more details about what they hope to discuss at their appointment. Students can also choose to receive text and/or email reminders. Most importantly, click the Schedule button to confirm your appointment.
A confirmation screen will then appear.
