Navigate360 Student: Hand Raise
Students can request help from student support staff by clicking the Hand Raise Icon via:
- The applications menu
- The quick launch bar
If a student has previously raised their hand, they will see their previous requests here.
To create a new Hand Raise, students will click the create a hand raise button:
First, select a reason from the drop down menu:
If the request is associated with a specific class, that can be selected as well from the list of the student's currently enrolled courses:
The student has the option to enter comments for further clarification.
Then hand raise will be sent to UWL student support staff when the submit button is clicked.
Students can then expect an email to be sent to them confirming their hand raise has been received, and then outreach from staff if applicable.
