How to Update Office Location and Phone Number

If you need to update your office location or phone number in the campus directory, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the BP Logix personnel update form
  2. Complete the form with your updated office location or phone number
  3. Submit the form for processing
  4. Your information will be updated in the directory after processing

When to Use This Method

Use the BP Logix form to update:

  • Office relocation or room number change
  • New or changed phone number
  • Any combination of office and phone number updates

How to Report Errors in Name, Title, or Department

If you notice an error in your displayed name, job title, or department listing, follow these steps:

  1. Email a correction request to Human Resources
  2. Describe the error and provide the correct information
  3. Human Resources will verify and correct the information in Workday
  4. The campus directory will be updated after processing

When to Use This Method

Submit a request to Human Resources to correct:

  • Incorrect name spelling or format
  • Wrong job title displayed
