657rx error in Windows when signing into Teams/Outlook/o365 apps

Sometimes a licensing error causes a 657rx error when trying to sign into Teams/Outlook/o365

In the lower left of Windows, click the blue (or white) Windows Start button -> Settings (cog wheel) -> Accounts -> Access Work or School -> click the dropdown arrow next to your school email address, and click Disconnect, and confirm with Yes. Then click the blue Connect button, enter your UW email address, and sign back in. Then give Outlook a try.

If this doesn't work, repeat the above, with these steps as well:

Clear Microsoft Broker Plugin Data:

Close all Office apps. Open File Explorer and navigate to: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

Delete all folders/files within this folder.

Clear Credentials: Open Control Panel -> Credential Manager, and under both Windows and Generic credentials, delete any entries related to your Microsoft 365 account -> delete any office.com entries

Restart the computer and try logging in again
