User is getting locked out of AD immediately/continuously after password change

After a password change, sometimes a user will be getting quickly locked out in AD (but not Okta) very quickly & continuously

This is often due to Android phone repeatedly trying to access the saved Eagle wifi profile, and passing along old credentials.  Devices on iOS will try to pass the credential once, fail, and then prompt the user to enter the credentials.  Android devices will repeatedly pass the saved credentials, and the account will get locked in AD quite quickly.

The fix is to go into the settings of the Android device, and forgot the saved Eagle wifi entry.  Unlock account in AD, and then re-add the Eagle wifi in the Android device.

Ideally, forget the Eagle wifi entry before changing the password.
