Stellic - Student Guide - Home Screen Overview

After logging into Stellic, you will land on your default “dashboard” view. This page provides a quick overview of your current programs, schedule, and academic progress. It also includes any recent messages and a quick view of your academic calendar.

Home Screen

  1. Log into Stellic (https://uwlax.stellic.com)
  2. You will see the following dashboard:

  1. Stellic Home Page: This page provides a quick overview of your current programs, schedule, and academic progress. It also includes any recent messages and a quick view of your academic calendar.
  2. Track Progress:The Track Progress tab provides a quick way to see your major, GPA, degree progress, and your classes for the current term.
    • You can view your progress in two ways:
      • Official Progress which only shows classes already taken, in progress, or registered
      • Planned Progress which shows classes planned out within Stellic, and courses already taken or registered (including any "unofficial" or undeclared programs that you have added to your plan).

  3. Plan your Path: The Plan your Path tab allows you to plan for multiple terms. You can easily view the courses you have left to plan and add them to the term you choose. Simply drag and drop the course in your chosen semester.
  4. Schedule Term (coming Spring 2027): The Schedule Term tab allows you to plan out course sections and times for the upcoming term (as long as the course schedule has already been released for that term). You can select a time slot in the weekly view, and Stellic will display courses available for that time slot that are still required for your plan. You can hover over the to see how each section fits into your weekly plan. Select to add the section!
  5. Explore: The Explore section allows you to browse other programs at UWL and quickly see how your completed courses will fulfill the requirements for different programs, as well as any remaining coursework needed for the program.
