Navigate360: Monitoring an automation

How to monitor actions taken by an automation in Navigate360.

You will receive an email each time your automations run:

If you would like to monitor it additionally, you can do this within Navigate360

Automations are accessed via the Lists and Savied Items Menu:Lists and Saved Items Icon

Automations are near the bottom of the Lists and Saved Items Page: 

Monitor Automations Home

Click the title of the automation you wish to monitor, and the details of that automation will open in a new screen.

At the top, you can see how many total matches have been found, how many of the actions you selected have been taken, and which matches habe been omittted. You can click the links to see the details of which students the automated action was taken on, and which were omitted.

You can see the details of each automation occurrence, including date, time, and actions taken. You can click on the link under Status for each occurrence to see which students the automation action was taken on.

You can view the settings of your automation, and if you wish to make any changes, you are able to do so by clicking the Edit Automation Link. Additionally, if you wish to the automation to take action outside of your scheduled automation, you can do so by utilizing the Generate Queued Run link and the automation will run immediately.
