Navigate360: Copying a previous appointment campaign
You can copy a previous appointment campaign to easily create a new one.
To start, click the campaigns icon from your the left hand toolbar 
Click the "Appointment Campaigns link
You will see your previous appointment campaigns, locate the campaign you wish to copy, and click the copy button on the right side of that campaign listing.
A window will appear confirming that you wish to copy the campaign. Click YES to proceed.
The copied campaign will appear at the top of the campaigns list. Click resume, and follow the steps to make necessary updates to dates, recipients, any messaging, etc. to make sure it is relevant.
