Account - Password Reset Help - Retiree & Emeriti Eagle Email

Step-by-step instructions for UWL retirees and emeriti to change their Eagle Gmail password, recover a forgotten password, and set up recovery options to enable self-service password recovery in the future.

Important:

  • Your Eagle account is a Gmail account, so the password reset process is the same as resetting a personal Gmail account.
  • These Gmail accounts are only meant for those who have retired with emeritus status and have requested them through Human Resources (opens in new tab).

Setting Up Password Recovery Options

We strongly recommend setting up recovery options while you still have access to your account. This allows you to recover your password on your own in the future.

  1. Sign into your Eagle email account and navigate to your Google Account.

  2. Click the Security tab in the left navigation column.
