Most Microsoft 365 Services Restored

As of January 23, 2026 7:30 AM most Microsoft services have been restored. The Web version of Outlook may still be unavailble.

This is a Microsoft-side outage affecting the North America region, not an issue with UWL systems.

What's happening:

Email may fail to send or receive with a "451 4.3.2 temporary server issue" error
OneDrive and SharePoint searches may be delayed or fail
Access to some Microsoft portals may be intermittent

What you should do:

For urgent communication: Consider using phone calls as alternative
For email: You can attempt to send, but messages may be delayed or fail. Microsoft will process queued messages once service is restored
Be patient: Microsoft is actively working to restore service

Timeline: Microsoft's next status update is expected at 5:00 PM Central Time today. We'll send another campus update if the situation changes significantly or once service is restored.
