RESOLVED - Network Connectivity Issues Affecting Some Classrooms

UPDATE: 

The network issues affecting campus classrooms in Prairie Springs, Morris, and Graff Main Hall were resolved as of 2:00 PM today.

Working with our hardware vendor, we identified a software bug that caused the anomalous network behavior. We have implemented a workaround to restore connectivity, and we will be scheduling a permanent software update to prevent this from happening again.

The ITS Network team is currently aware of intermittent connectivity issues impacting some classrooms on campus. Our team is actively investigating the situation and working to restore full service as quickly as possible.

If you experience connectivity problems or significant slowdowns in your area, please contact the Eagle Help Desk so we can track the scope of the issue and assist you as needed.
