ITS Scheduled System Maintenance This Week

TL;DR: Voicemail maintenance happens tonight, 9/15, 9 PM–1 AM (no outage expected). Wings will be briefly unavailable Thursday, 9/17, 5–8 PM, and printing will be briefly unavailable Friday, 9/18, 7–8:30 AM while we complete scheduled maintenance. Details below.

ITS has three scheduled maintenance windows coming up this week — we promise we're not doing this just to keep you on your toes. Details are below.

Voicemail Maintenance – Tonight, September 15, 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM ITS will be performing necessary maintenance on our voicemail system. No service outages are expected during this time; however, if any do occur, they should be very brief.

Wings Maintenance – Thursday, September 17, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wings will be unavailable during this window while we perform scheduled maintenance. Please plan to complete any Wings-related work before 5:00 PM Thursday.

Pay-4-Print Upgrade – Friday September 18, 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM

ITS will be upgrading the Pay-4-Print print management system beginning at 7:00 AM Friday. Pay-4-Print services may be temporarily unavailable during this window. The print fairies should resume their duties by around 8:30 AM.
