Collaborate Ultra - How do I share my screen?

Moderators and presentors have the ability to easily share content and engage with other participants using a variety of optional tools.

  1. At the lower right, click on the Collaborate icon (purple arrow).

  2. Select the square icon with the arrow pointing right (Share Content).

  3. From this tab, you can choose to share:
    • A blank whiteboard (You and students can draw on if you have that allowed).
    • Files (You can upload pdfs, images, etc. Also allows the drawing feature).
    • Your own screen
      1. Click on Share Application/Screen
      2. Once the Share your screen window appears you should have options to share such as Your Entire Screen, Application Window, or Tab. The share button will be gray until you select content. 

        Note: If you click on Your Entire Screen or Application Window participants will see every step you go through. If you click on Tab, participants will only see the Tab you select.

      3. Click on one of the tab options and then click on the image that appears in the box. A small blue outline will show up on the image you are going to share and the grey share button on the lower right portion of the screen will turn blue.

      4. Click on the blue share button to begin sharing.
