Cisco Jabber - Put a Call on Hold

Information about how to put an active call on hold using Cisco Jabber.

How do I put a call on hold?
*Note: You first must be in an active call in order to put a call on hold. 
*The photo examples below are screenshots from the Cisco Jabber application for Mac OS.

1. From the Cisco Jabber application active call window, click More … at the bottom of the window.



2. Select Hold to put the caller on hold. 



3. To resume the call, click Resume
