Navigate360: Microsoft Outlook 365 Sync

How to sync your Outlook Calendar and Email to Navigate360.

If you plan to use Navigate360 to schedule appointments with your students, it is important to sync your Outlook Calendar with Navigate 360. This will automatically put student appointments scheduled in Navigate360 to appear on your Outlook calendar and will not allow for busy times on your Outlook calendar to be available for students to schedule appointments. Additionally, syncing with Microsoft 365 will allow for student email responses to be sent to directly to your Outlook inbox as well as within Navigate360 messages.

1) Locate the calendar icon on the toolbar to open your Navigate360 Calendar.

2) Click the Settings and Sync link at the top right-hand corner of the Calendar Screen.

3) Select Setup Sync

4) Select Microsoft Office 365

Choose application to sync
You will then be brought to a screen to log in with your UWL credentials.

It will then take Navigate360 30 minutes to sync your calendars.

Wait for sync

Once your calendar has been synced, it will stay connected until you disconnect the sync yourself. (Navigate360: Disconnect calendar sync) We suggest checking your calendar at the beginning of each semester to make sure the sync has remained connected.
