Navigate: Calendar Sync
How to sync your Outlook Calendar to Navigate.
If you plan to use Navigate to schedule appointments with your students, it is important to sync your Outlook Calendar with Navigate. This will automatically put student appointments scheduled in Navigate to appear on your Outlook calendar and will not allow for busy times on your Outlook calendar to be available for students to schedule appointments.
1) Locate the calendar icon on the toolbar to open your Navigate Calendar.
2) Click the Settings and Sync link at the top right-hand corner of the Calendar Screen.
3) Select Setup Sync
4) Select Microsoft Office 365
You will then be brought to a screen to log in with your UWL credentials.
It will then take Navigate 30 minutes to sync your calendars.
Once your calendar has been synced, it will stay connected until you disconnect the sync yourself. (Navigate: Disconnect calendar sync) We suggest checking your calendar at the beginning of each semester to make sure the sync has remained connected.
In the spring of 2021, EAB migrated to Graph API for calendar sync. If you have been using the earlier server, your calendar will continue to be maintained through June 2021. The step-by-step process for updating your calendar sync can be found here: MigratingtoGraphAPI.pdf
