How to complete an Appointment Summary Report in Navigate for an appointment in the Advising Care Unit.

This block will only appear for an appointment that has been previously scheduled with you.
Additionally, if an appointment was previously scheduled with you, some of this information will be pre-populated, those are marked here by the maroon bar.
The other area of the appointment report will allow you to document what was discussed between you and the student during the meeting. You can use the radio buttons to quickly select certain items, and then write more personalized notes in the comments box. Appointment summary reports are visible to staff and faculty with advisor roles within Navigate, and after February 4, 2022 are also visible to students in the Navigate App for 180 days after the summary report has been submitted. When you have completed your notes, you must save your report.

Locating Previous Appointment Summary Reports
After appointment summary reports are submitted, they can be accessed via a student's history tab on their student profile page. (Navigate: Student Profile) Users may be limited from seeing appointment summary reports from other care units.
Locate the appointment you wish to view from the student's history tab. Click the carrot to expand the appointment.
Click the View Report link.
The completed appointment summary report should appear in a new dialogue window.
