HR employee resources - Employee onboarding program - Supervisor access to monitor onboarding activity
This article will walk a supervisor through the steps of viewing the onboarding status of their employee. Please note, supervisors will also receive a trigger email inviting them to review a document that has been completed by HR which displays the Employee ID, NetID, and email address of new employees.
For supervisors who wish to monitor the status of their new or returning employee's onboarding status, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into PeopleAdmin
- Login using PeopleAdmin applicant tracking. Log into PeopleAdmin and then click on the three dots in the upper left corner. Select "Employee Records"
- Log in through the direct weblink: https://uwlax.ted.peopleadmin.com/sso/Account/Login and use your UWL Credentials.
Step 2 - Click on "Reports" to and view "Checklist Completion":
Step 3 - Select the correct checklist. Checklists are named based on the type of employee that is being hired.
Step 4 - View the onboarding tasks that had been assigned to your employee. A green "check" means they have completed the task.
- For new employees you may need to review several checklists, including "set-up", "benefits", or "first day activities".
- As a supervisor, for non-student employees, you will receive a task in your own list, (as seen below) for when the email, NetID, and employee
