HR employee resources - PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking - Supervisor/Chair - Completing the hiring details
This article provides an overview of how the Level 1 user (Search Chair/Supervisor) or Business Manager in PeopleAdmin can complete the hiring details.
Once the recommendation to hire has been approved, the option to create the hiring details appears.
Select from the option that correctly aligns with the Recruitment. It will either be the Staff, Pool/GA, or Faculty. UW-La Crosse does not use the Staff (Position Description) job details.
Once you have selected the correct path, you will be taken to the Hiring Details page:
The hiring details will ask you questions based on what is occurring. Below are the details for what each field means and provide you sample options of what to provide.
When you have completed the hiring details, that is the end of the process. A notification will be given to HR for appointment generation and the Level 1 supervisor/chair will be able to review the appointment.
