Cost Transfer Tool - Transferring Multiple Lines In One Transfer

The Cost Transfer Tool can be used to transfer multiple lines in a single transfer request. Up to 50 lines can be added to each request.

Cost Transfers Initiated from the Cost Transfer Tool

Multiple lines can be transferred at once by adding multiple lines to a transfer set for a non-salary cost transfer.

First, add a transfer set:


Then add multiple lines to the work basket by clicking on +Basket next to each line:



The lines will then show up in the work basket:



Lines can be added after the user exits search by clicking on the Add Transfer Set button once again:



Up to 50 lines can be added per transfer request.

A similar process can be used to add multiple pay periods for a salary cost transfer. It is also possible to add multiple lines to a transfer request from WISER.
