Navigate360: Add another staff member to an appointment
1) From the top right corner of your Navigate 360 screen, click the menu icon:
2) Select Appointment Center:
3) Select your location
4) Type in the student's name:
5) Any upcoming appointments the student has scheduled will appear next to their profile summary.
6) Find the appointment you are wishing to edit, select Actions, select Edit.
7) The appointment will open for you to edit. Locate the current organizer information. Click the black X next to their name to remove them from the appointment.
8) Select the new appointment organizer from the list.
9) If that is the only change to the appointment, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Appointment." If you need to change other things about the appointment, you can do that now as well before clicking save.
