Navigate: Temporary Campaign Message Fix

How to send a message before the start date of a campaign so that students can schedule appointments ahead of time.
  1. Start your campaign by following the steps here: Navigate: Creating an appointment campaign

  2. Open the campaign from the Appointment Campaigns menu by clicking the campaign title

  3. Click the "Appointments not yet scheduled tab" to see all of the students in the campaign, as none of them will have yet made an appointment.

  4. Select all of their names with the top checkbox.

  5. From the actions menu, select "Send appointment request"

  6. Edit the message that is pre-populated to say what you would like your initial message to your students to say. Make sure to include the schedule link, or they will not be able to schedule an appointment

  7. Click Send.

For this message, you will not be able to track the open and/or click rate. The remainder of your campaign will run as usual.
