Navigate360 Student: Surveys

At various points in a semester, UWL utilizes Navigate360 to survey student populations on specific things related to their campus experiences and support in their success. Students will receive an email with a link to the survey, but surveys can also be accessed in the app directly.

Students can access any surveys by clicking the Surveys icon: Survey Icon

The survey home shows any surveys sent through Navigate360. Students can filter the list.

Example Survey Home Screen

New: The survey is active, but the student has not answered any questions

In Progress: The survey is active, the student has started the survey

Completed: The survey has been completed by the student.

Expired: The survey has ended, and the student did not complete

If a survey is incomplete and still active, students need to simply click the "Take Survey button"

Students will be guided through the survey questions as designed by the staff member who wrote the survey.

At the end of the survey, students will be shown various resources depending on their survey responses.
