Digital signs - submitting content for display

This KB article covers the instructions on how to submit a request for digital sign posting.

Digital Sign Submission Instructions

The campus-wide digital signs are used to display information about activities and events from official campus departments and organizations. Information about individual academic courses other than faculty hosted study abroad opportunities is not eligible for display on the digital signs. The general run time for slides is between 7-10 days with a 2 week break in between if the slide is requested to run again.

when you create a new helpdesk ticket request for a digital sign please make sure to fill out all of the highlighted boxes

  • Client
  • Request Type - I have a request / Digital Sign Posting
  • Subject - Digital Sign Request
  • Request Detail - The dates that you wish the slide to run, please remember that the slides are limited to 7-10 days
  • Attachments - Please remember to attach a slide. Generally at the size of 1920 x 1080 pixels or a Power Point configured to 20" x 11.25 ".
