Duo - Device Management Portal (Including New Phone Setup and Phone Reactivation)

You can enroll into Duo, access and manage all of your devices from the Duo Device Management Portal

Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 8 or later, and Opera.

1. On a computer, go to https://www.uwlax.edu/info/password-reset/

Click Duo Device


2. Agree to the UWL Responsible Use of Computer Resource Policy.

Type yes place a check by I'm not a robot (follow any on screen instructions that may appear).



Click Next



3. Enter your NetID Credentials and click Submit.

4. Enroll in Duo or Authenticate

Not Enrolled Yet? You will be prompted to do so (see Duo - Enrollment Guide for your next steps).

Already Enrolled? You should see a screen similar to the one below. NOTE: If you are setting up a new phone or reactivating Duo Mobile for a phone that has the same phone number, then see the second image/instructions below.

To use a FOB: Choose an authentication device of Token, click Enter a Passcode then type in the passcode that appears on your FOB after pressing the button. 

To use Duo Mobile:  Choose the appropriate authentication device , click Send Me a Push then approve from you Duo Mobile device.


NOTE: If you are using SMS/Text, or you are setting up a new phone/reactivating a phone with the same phone number, you can click "Enter a Passcode" then click "Text me new codes" to have a code texted to your phone.


5. Choose your next Step

You can edit Device Options or Add another device. For assistance adding another Device go to Duo - Adding a Device

Please contact the Eagle Help Desk if you ever need assistance to change your phone number, re-activate Duo Mobile, or add an additional phone.
