Canvas - How do I use rubrics?
You can include rubrics in Canvas to assist you in grading your assignments. Rubrics can be made visible to students to assist them in writing their papers and discussion posts, and will show up in SpeedGrader to help you assign grades to online submissions.

This import option is not a built in Canvas feature but a solution from a Canvas community member. It does require a bit more technical skill to use the user script.

- To use the rubric as the grading for an assignment, when adding or creating the rubric, make sure to select the checkbox Use this rubric for assignment grading.
