Right-click the following Wings link and "Open In Incognito Window" - Right-click here and Open in Incognito (or Private) window
Enter your UW email (or netID) and click next:

Check your UW or alternate email address that you added to Okta*. There will be a password reset link in that email (also check junk mail). Alternatively, you can also click Enter a Verification Code Instead to view this code in the web browser, instead of getting it from the email:

Enter the code from the previous step, or from the email:

Here is the email from Okta, from noreply@okta.com. Check the junk mail folder if it's not in the inbox.
(Skip the next two steps if you got the code from the login window):

Note the code in the email, or click Reset Password to show the code in your web browser - it will open in a new window/tab:

After entering the code, it will ask for the Okta MFA step:

Then create a new password:

(If off-campus, this page might resolve to an Unauthorized page when complete - this is fine, so just close the browser window)
Faculty off-campus: To sync the new password with your department computer, connect to the VPN, and go under the Apple Menu -> Lock Screen (mac), or press Ctrl + Alt + Del, and lock screen (PC). Then unlock screen with new password. Click for a VPN connection guide (PC). Click for a VPN connection guide (Mac)
