Stellic - Student Guide - Explore and Add Programs

Students who would like to explore programs can do so directly within their Stellic profile. Students can utilize Stellic to "try on" programs to see how existing coursework and degree requirements are impacted.

Explore Programs

Explore is an area only in the student view.

This option is best used for a quick "try-on" of a program, to view the program (major/minor/certificate) requirements and how the student’s completed or in progress courses would count toward the new program.

  1. Select Programs on the left hand menu under "Explore." You will see a page with tiles for every program available to undergraduates at UWL.
Note: Users can type in the Keyword field to narrow down their search. Users can also use the filters of Offered By, Type, or Level to filter results even further.

  2. Select the tile of any program to see the program audit applied to the student's official audit.

  3. Select Programs on the left hand menu to be returned to your search to see the requirements of another program

Note: If a student is seriously considering declaring the program, selecting Add Program will add it to the student's planned audit and planner tool. However, the student must also fill out the Change of Major/Minor/Certificate form found on the Records & Registration website to officially add the program
