Stellic - Student Guide - Create a Saved Plan
Students who would like to create a saved test plan to their planner so that both their advisor and the student can see what a student’s progress would be toward a different program can try this option. The test plan can be saved to a student’s profile for reference later or easily deleted.
This option is best used for saving a test plan to your profile so that you can view and understand how your completed or in progress credits apply to a different program.
- Log into Stellic (https://stellic.uwlax.edu/)
- From the left side menu, select Plan Your Path.
- Select the dropdown arrow next to the "Primary Plan". This prompts a menu where you can toggle between plans that have already been created, or create a new plan. Choose +Add New Plan to create a new plan.
- “Add New Plan” brings you to a menu where you can select an option for what you are planning. Selecting A different program allows you to select a specific program and will import all of the requirements for that program.
- Once you have selected your reason for creating a plan, (and also selected a different program, if you chose that option), you must then type in a name for the plan. You can also choose whether you want to include only your officially registered and taken courses, or if you would also like to include all future planned courses from your primary plan.
- You can toggle between your plans by selecting the dropdown arrow menu next to the plan name. Secondary plans can be deleted, if desired, by clicking on the Actions button to the right of the plan name - the primary plan is not able to be removed.
