Navigate: Viewing a student notification
How to view a notification previously entered for a student.
The option to review student notifications and progress reports is limited to certain roles in Navigate. If you do not have access to view these reports, but believe that you need it, please contact the Navigate Functional Lead.
1) Open the Navigate: Student Profile by either:
- Finding their name on your advisee list on your Staff Home (Navigate: Staff Home Overview)
- Use the advanced search bar at the top of the Navigate page to search for the student.
2) You can view notifications and progress reports for a student in two places
From the History Tab on the student's profile
From this tab, you will be able to see a cumulative list of all appointments, notifications, cases, and progress reports this student has received. You can also use the toolbar to filter by type to narrow down the history.
To view the details, simply click expand arrow next to the title of that appointment, notification, etc.
From the right toolbar above the student's photo, this will show only current notifications on the student. Click the arrow to expand, then click the link to the notification.
You will be brought to the current notifications for the student.
To view the progress report, click the "View Progress Report Link"
