Navigate360: Advisor Dashboard
How to utilize the Advisor Dashboard within Navigate360.
- Log into the Navigate360 platform (Navigate360: Accessing the Navigate360 Platform
- From the left toolbar, select the Advisor dashboard Icon
- You can choose the tiles you would like to view on your dashboard to fit your needs. Select Settings.
- Turn on the tiles you would like to keep, and turn off those that are not helpful to you. Then click save.
- You are also able to move each tile into various positions within the dashboard itself. To move a tile:
- Click the icon
- Drag and drop the tile to where you would like it to appear within your dashboard.
- It is important to note that your ability to some of the data within these dashboards will be dependent upon your assigned roles within the Navigate360 platform. Additionally, as students are set to always be active in Navigate360, even if they are currently not enrolled, you may see past students who have been assigned to you within the dashboard, but who are no longer enrolled.

- My Students: You can choose to view a summary of your assigned students by their support priority (in visual or tabular form) OR to view those that have or have not met with you in the past 90 days.
- My Assigned Students Activity Feed: This tile will allow you to see a running list of certain pieces of information for your advisees in the current semester.
Filter this feed through the filter menu. Select the filters icon.
Select and un-select those items that you would like to view in your feed, and then simply close this menu by clicking the "X" next to the title.
- My Students: You can choose to view a summary of your assigned students by their support priority (in visual or tabular form) OR to view those that have or have not met with you in the past 90 days.

- My Appointment Summaries Pending: You can view any appointment summaries that you have not yet completed within the last 90 days.
- My Appointment Campaigns: View any current campaigns you are running, and monitor their completion. (Navigate360: Creating an appointment campaign) Click on the title of the campaign to view the campaign details.
- My Enrolled Students: Monitor your student enrollment for the current and future semesters. By default the table will show the current semester.
You can change the semester by utilizing the filters menu to view a future semester to monitor enrollment.
- My Appointment Summaries Pending: You can view any appointment summaries that you have not yet completed within the last 90 days.

- My Upcoming Appointments: View all appointments scheduled with you via Navigate360 via this tile. The current day will show by default, you can toggle through days using the arrow buttons. Click the student name to be brought to the student's profile page (Navigate360: Student Profile)
