- Connect to the VPN called "Cisco AnyConnect" on your device.
- Go to the password reset page at https://www.uwlax.edu/info/password-reset/ and change your password.

- Lock your PC with "Lock" (or with the Windows Logo key + L) and then sign in using your newly created password to sync your PC's login password.
UWL-Owned Mac
- Connect to the VPN called "Cisco AnyConnect" on your device.
- Connect and use the pre-installed application called "Enterprise Connect" on your Mac to change your password.
- *Important Note: DO NOT use the password reset page to change your password with your UWL-owned Mac, unless you are dealing with an expired or forgotten password.
- Lock your Mac with "Lock Screen" (or with control + command + Q) and then sign in using your newly created password to sync your Mac's login password.
*Important Note:
- To help prevent soft lockouts after a password change, it is advised to:
- Clear your web browsers' "all time" history, cache and cookies.
- Update or clear out any "saved" passwords for your UWL accounts on your device(s).
- These could include: keychains (Mac-only) that use your credentials for UWL-based services, your web browsers' saved passwords that you use to access UWL-based services, and any saved passwords within UWL applications that are downloaded onto your device (like Office 365).
