Navigate 360: Student Tags
Tags are short text labels that staff and faculty can apply to students. They are frequently used to create ad-hoc lists of students for information that is not accounted for in other areas within the Navigate 360 system.
When a tag is assigned to a student, it can be viewed on the student's profile, through the Advanced Search feature, and within analytics reports. Tags are visible to anyone who can view the student's information on the student's profile page: Navigate 360: Student Profile
Tag Names
Tags are used to easily identify a population of students with a shared attribute or to assist the university in tracking a student's enrollment status.
Current tags in use:

| FA22ASI, FA23ASI, etc. | Academic Success Institute program participants and the semester of their participation | SAA.GA | Students in the SAA M.S. program who currently hold a GA position |

Manage Tags
Certain users within Navigate 360 have the ability to add and remove Tags from students.

The Navigate 360 Lead has the ability to create tags. If there is a tag you need created, please email navigate@uwlax.edu
