Why Clear Your Cache?

Clearing your browser cache removes stored website data, which can help fix loading issues, free up storage space, and ensure you see the latest version of websites. This process will log you out of most websites and remove saved form data.

Important: This will sign you out of websites and remove saved passwords stored in forms. Make sure you remember your login credentials before proceeding.

Google Chrome

1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the window.
2. Click Delete browsing data.
3. Check all the boxes, select a time range (typically All time), and click Delete data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner of the window.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Privacy & Security in the left column.
4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
5. Check the boxes and click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the window.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Privacy, search and services in the left column.
4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
5. Check the boxes, choose a time range (All time), and click Clear now.

Safari

1. Click the Safari menu at the top of the screen.
2. Click Clear History.
3. Select a time range: Last hour, Today, Today and yesterday, or All history.
4. Click Clear History.
